Property Description
Main floor: Large loft living/dining room open to kitchen, with fireplace, picture windows, walkout to large BBQ deck. 1-queen bedroom (sleeps 2), 2-queen bedroom (sleeps 4), bathroom with two sinks, shower.
Upper loft: two queen beds (sleeps 4)
Lower floor: Large living/games room, indoor spa, walkout to outdoor, covered hot tub, bunk room (sleeps 4) bathroom with shower/bath.
Fenced in backyard for your dogs or younger kids.
The area
Algoniguin Highlands has a lot to offer being close to Algonquin Park, tons of trails & lakes to explore. Beaches and fishing in Dorset and Haliburton to enjoy. Fantastic ATV trails right from the property.
Things To Know
We provide all equipment needed for cooking/baking, selected spices, salt and pepper, cleaning supplies, paper towels (1 roll), kitchen and hand towels, toilet paper (3 rolls in each bathroom), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, hand soap, and propane for the BBQ.
We provide comforters and pillows. Guests must bring sheets and bath towels or ask us to order through our supplier for a fee, $25/person for flat and fitted sheets, pillow case, and bath towel).
We provide 1 bag of wood for your stay. If you would like additional bags, it will be $15/bag.
House Rules
Must be 25 years old to book and the majority of your group needs to be over the age of 25 (If under 25 potential exceptions may be granted so please email us prior to booking).
We allow up to 2 dogs with prior permission. A pet fee applies to each dog. No Cats or other animals allowed.
If there will be more people than the original booking, you must let us know and there is an extra guest fee of $50 per person per night.
Zero tolerance for excessive partying (we do not accept bachelor/bachelorette parties). Noise by laws start at 10:30pm. Outdoor activities should be brought inside.
No fireworks allowed. A fine of $500 will be applied if caught lighting fireworks.
We have a zero tolerance for smoking of any kind in our cottage. If caught, there will be a fine of $500
