House Rules
- Check in: 4 pm
- Check out: 11 am
- Pets – Allowed if stated above
- Smoking inside – Not allowed
- Parties and events – Not allowed
- Must be 25+ to book and majority of the group
- Must be 25+ or check with us first.
- Must be 25 years old to book and the majority of your group needs to be over the age of 25.
- We allow up to 2 dogs with prior permission. A pet fee applies to each dog. No Cats or other animals allowed.
- If there will be more people than the original booking, you must let us know and there is a extra guest fee of $50 per person per night.
- Zero tolerance for excessive partying (we do not accept bachelor/bachelorette parties). Noise by laws start at 10:30pm. Outdoor activities should be brought inside.
- No fireworks allowed. A fine of $500 will be applied if caught lighting fireworks.
- We have a zero tolerance for smoking of any kind in our cottage. If caught, there will be a fine of $500
- For weekday bookings of groups of 4 people or less, complimentary linen service included upon request.
