Welcome to our cozy, comfortable (500 sqft) cottage, located in the beautiful Beaver Valley. Enjoy the outdoor sauna, hot tub, shower and fire circle. Grill and dine indoors or out. With the public beach and boat launch only minutes away, you’ll find everything you need for a wonderful vacation.
You’ll love this cottage, which practically exudes charm and hospitality, both inside and out.

Property Description
The perfect spot, summer or winter. Launch your boat, canoe, snowmobile or ATV from the boat ramp down the street. Wood floors, cabinets, and trim, and strategic spots of rustic wood paneling warm up the otherwise light and beautifully updated cottage, giving it a comfortable cabin feel.
The two bedroom, 1 bath cottage sleeps up to 6. Front living room opens to both dining room and kitchen. Queen bedroom sleeps 2. Bunk room sleeps 4. Muskoka room on back with futon.
The area
This charming area has so much to offer! Lake Eugenia is a quick 4 minute walk down the street that offers a great beach with swimming, boat launch and fishing. Eugenia Falls is a stunning hike. Close to blue mountain with a 25 minute dive while you get to enjoy the rolling hills of Grey Highlands as you go.
Things To Know
We provide all equipment needed for cooking/baking, selected spices, salt and pepper, cleaning supplies, paper towels (1 roll), kitchen and hand towels, toilet paper (3 rolls in each bathroom), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, hand soap, and propane for the BBQ.
We provide comforters and pillows. Guests must bring sheets and bath towels or ask us to order through our supplier for a fee, $25/person for flat and fitted sheets, pillow case, and bath towel).
The beautiful antique oven and stove that gives charm to the cottage the stove top works, but the oven does not. We have a tabletop convection oven to use instead.
House Rules
Must be 25 years old to book and the majority of your group needs to be over the age of 25 (If under 25 potential exceptions may be granted so please email us prior to booking).
We allow up to 2 dogs with prior permission. A pet fee applies to each dog. No Cats or other animals allowed.
If there will be more people than the original booking, you must let us know and there is an extra guest fee of $50 per person per night.
Zero tolerance for excessive partying (we do not accept bachelor/bachelorette parties). Noise by laws start at 10:30pm. Outdoor activities should be brought inside.
No fireworks allowed. A fine of $500 will be applied if caught lighting fireworks.
We have a zero tolerance for smoking of any kind in our cottage. If caught, there will be a fine of $500
