QUICK BOOK

HEAVEN HOUSE

Immaculate private chalet, located in a forest setting in Haliburton. There is a beautiful public sandy beach very close by. Halliburton is the true Canadian outdoor experience and this place is near plenty of lakes, hiking trails, fishing, nature and plenty more!

If you’re looking for a relaxing escape with no neighbors on site, this is it! Enjoy a BBQ on the large deck outside with your friends and family. Plenty of canoe rentals are in the area. Relax and unwind in the hot tub or sauna.

The 4 bedrooms are split over 3 floors. We have 2 seating areas including downstairs and a sitting area off the master. The primary bedroom upstairs has an ensuite, bunk room and 1 queen room on the main floor with a bathroom and the double queen room is downstairs. Wrap around deck that overlooks a ravine and through the trees you can see flashes of skiers in the Winter. Sir Sam’s Ski Hill is a 2 minute Drive.

We provide all equipment needed for cooking/baking, some spices, salt and pepper, cleaning supplies, paper towel (1 roll), toilet paper (3 rolls in each bathroom), kitchen and hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, hand soap, propane for the BBQ.

We provide comforters and pillows. Sheets and bath towels must be brought or we can order this for $25/bed (Flat/fitted/pillow case/bath towel) through our supplier.

We provide 1 bag of wood for your stay. If you would like additional bags, it will be $15/bag.

In the Winter, winter tires are needed to access and AWD or 4WD is recommended.

This cottage does NOT have central AC. We have a portable unit only on the main floor that helps to take the edge off in the living room only.

This cottage is located close to Haliburton that has plenty to offer for all ages. Restaurants, hiking trails, lakes and so much more to explore. Sir Sams ski hill is a 3 minute drive away and there is a small beach with boat launch 3 minute drive away.

Reviews from other guests

This place was absolutely beautiful! The giant windows looking into the woods were unbelievable! The place was super well equipped, including with a dishwasher and hot tub, and more bedrooms and seating areas than we could count 🙂 He was an amazing host – super responsive, friendly and helpful. We had a great time and highly recommend staying here!
