Located just down the street from the waterfalls overlooking a forest ravine, this gem provides a calming sense of privacy and immersion into nature. Watch for area wildlife as you take in the many, wooded views off the back of the home. The perfect setup; entertainment areas on both upper and lower floors allow different activities simultaneously, or allow the children to have their own space.

Property Description
5 bedrooms, two and a half baths; two living rooms; fully equipped, modern kitchen; two dining spaces; “miles” of windows and outdoor decks; outdoor fire pit, hot tub, wood-burning sauna, BBQ and so much more!
Bedroom/bathroom layout includes the king and 2 queen bedrooms on the lower level with a 3 piece bathroom. The double queen and single queen bedroom are on the main floor with a 4 piece bathroom.
The area
This cottage is located in Bracebridge with easy access to many local attractions and the heart of Muskoka. Bracebridge is Canada’s waterfall capital with 22 waterfalls to discover and it is a quick 2 hour drive from Toronto. A quick 20 minute drive gets you to the beautiful Kirby’s beach on Lake Muskoka.
Bracebridge is a bustling city with tons of restaurants and attractions to explore including Santas Village which is fun for the whole family.
Things To Know
We provide equipment for cooking/baking; some spices, salt and pepper; dish soap, kitchen towels, cleaning supplies, and paper towels (1 roll); toilet paper (3 rolls in each bathroom), hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; propane for the BBQ.
We provide comforters and pillows. Guests must bring their own sheets and bath linens, OR we can order this for $25/person (flat/fitted/pillow case/bath towel) through our supplier.
We provide 1 bag of wood for your stay. If you would like additional bags, it will be $15/bag.
Highspeed WIFI and good cell phone coverage.
House Rules
Must be 25 years old to book and the majority of your group needs to be over the age of 25 (If under 25 potential exceptions may be granted so please email us prior to booking).
We allow up to 2 dogs with prior permission. A pet fee applies to each dog. No Cats or other animals allowed.
If there will be more people than the original booking, you must let us know and there is an extra guest fee of $50 per person per night.
Zero tolerance for excessive partying (we do not accept bachelor/bachelorette parties). Noise by laws start at 10:30pm. Outdoor activities should be brought inside. There is a bylaw in place that does not allow outside music at any point during the day or night. Music must only be played inside.
No fireworks allowed. A fine of $500 will be applied if caught lighting fireworks.
We have a zero tolerance for smoking of any kind in our cottage. If caught, there will be a fine of $500

2 Hours north of Toronto straight up the 400 to Highway 11. Groceries, shopping, restaurants and a wide variety of things to do in the area is all within a 10 minute drive.

Check in is available at 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am. Early or late check-ins may be possible, but cannot be guaranteed. Please check with us.
